Paul Howells, Operations Director.
Founder and owner of our centre since 1985. Formerly with SmithKline
Beecham, he has over 20 years experience in the outdoors.
Paul has trained teams from a variety of prestigious companies,
he is a level 5 canoe coach, a highly qualified outdoor instructor
and has been a team member on expeditions to Chile, the Himalayas
and the USA. He also manages the Wyedean Group

Andy Marsh, Development Director.
Formerly Operations Manager, Unilever, Head of an Army Leadership
School and Project Leader for Operation Raleigh. Andy has successfully
facilitated a number of major change management programmes, including
the implementation of teamwork and continuous improvement. He
also leads his own consultancy, that assists manufacturing
companies to significantly improve their performance. |

Sarah Kelly MIPD
Sarah Kelly of Hay Management Consultants and lecturer for Bristol
Business School, formerly with Andersen Consulting, Kleinwort
Benson and Chase Manhattan. |

In addition, the team includes further development consultants,
who do outdoor facilitation only for Kinetic.
By having trainers and facilitators dedicated to Kinetic alone,
we are able to retain full control over our product, ensuring
a consistency that can be missing from providers who contract
trainers on an ad hoc basis. Lastly, but by no means least, we
have a large number of permanent, fully qualified outdoor technicians,
who work alongside the facilitators, providing the highest standards
of safety. |
